Bilmat Real-Time™ automates Bilmat™ to benefit from process data reconciliation on a real-time basis.
In accordance with the universal principle of mass and energy conservation, Bilmat™ adjusts the process variable measurements and make them coherent with a measurement error model. Not only the data reconciliation process improves measurement quality, but it also enables the estimation of some process variables that cannot be measured. Furthermore, Bilmat™ applies the principle of error propagation for checking and validating the assumed measurement error model and for estimating the reliability of the reconciled data. With Bilmat Real-Time™, it is possible to get the most information out of the process variable values in real-time.
- Intelligent Filtering
- Bilmat Real-Time™ ensures the availability of reconciled data in real-time. An intelligent filter first validates the collected data and the mass and energy conservation equations that apply before the reconciliation process is initiated. As a consequence, process monitoring and control is greatly facilitated and improved and a clear understanding of the process performance is obtained.
- Virtual Sensoring
