Metallurgical Accountant™ automates Bilmat™ to benefit from process data reconciliation on a regular basis.

Metallurgical Accountant™ automatically collects the process data from LIMS, a historical and real-time database, or from online instrumentation, it then evaluates the data, reconciles it and performs the mass balance computations. The reconciled data is then analyzed, formatted and distributed. Metallurgical Accountant™ automatically detects plant configurations and accordingly generates the valid mass balance equations.

Metallurgical Accountant™ reconciles production data for accounting and inventorying purposes. For each accounting period, work shift, day, week, etc., Bilmat™ reconciles the process data, calculates Key Performance Indicators and produces and distributes production reports.

An Sql-Server or an Oracle database accumulates the values that Bilmat™ reconciles and calculates. An analysis of the time trends allows the evaluation of measurement accuracies and the detection of sensors biases. Through this analysis, Metallurgical Accountant™ identifies the sources of measurement variances in the process: sensors, samples, production units, controllers, etc.
